Technology – Myriad submits application for stock de-listing | News

The Myriad Board of Directors has decided to apply for the delisting of the exchange operator, according to a statement from the company on Thursday evening. The timetable is determined by the SIX if the application is accepted.
The step is not surprising. The company, which is undergoing a technological upheaval and recently carried out a capital increase to fund the relocation of the business model, had already announced at the end of July that delisting would be considered.
In the course of the year, the Myriad shares lost some 65% of value. The Thursday closing price was CHF 0.72 (-6.5%). The investor Martin Ebner, who holds around 60% of Myriad with his wife, recently expressed the opinion that myriad should be discontinued
