Remote control: Teamviewer allows screen sharing under iOS 11

Wednesday, August 30th, 2017 | Gadgets

Apple's iOS 11 is the first ever to share what the German manufacturer Teamviewer wants to support with its software of the same name from the release of iOS 11. This is intended to enable users of iOS-11 mobile devices to share screens. The function is to be available for both the iPhone and the iPad.

This feature is intended to benefit users who provide remote support for iPhones and iPads owners as well as users who need technical support on these devices.
For Android users, the Quicksupport app and the Teamviewer desktop application have been offered a remote control software for Android smartphones since July 2016. This allows numerous Android smartphones remote-controlled. For this, two programs must be installed: Teamviewer on the PC, Mac or Linux computer and Teamviewer Quicksupport on the Android device.
If you want to use Teamviewer in a professional environment, you need to buy a license. The business version costs 549 euros, the corporate license with up to three simultaneous users 2,299 euros, each plus VAT.
