Girls find hand grenades from Second World War

Three girls have found a hand grenade from the Second World War during a bathing trip on Lake Constance in Lindau. For security reasons the entire area was blocked, according to the police.

So the girls discovered the American egg handgranate the evening before on the bank, the bath was cleared. On Tuesday evening, the rifle brokerage service was able to retrieve and remove the grenades.

On Wednesday, policemen searched the bathing area for further weapons. The police warned that finders should not touch suspicious items, but should notify the police.
