Case Shiller Index – US house prices rise slightly stronger than expected News

Compared to the previous year, prices rose by 5.65 percent in the twenty largest conurbations, as shown in the S & P / Case Shiller Index released on Tuesday. Analysts had only expected an increase of 5.60 percent. In the previous month, the indicator was upwards 5.74 (initially 5.69) percent. Compared with the previous month, prices rose by 0.11 percent in June. An increase of 0.10 percent was expected here.
